Job Description
Your Tasks
- Creating new concepts of customer service contracts together with our service fulfillment partners within MediaMarktSaturn
- Piloting new customer service contracts across MediaMarktSaturn considering local customer needs
- Rollout of successful pilots across all sales channels considering fiscal and legal requirements
- Taking responsibility for communicating and aligning with all relevant stakeholders
- Prioritization and steering of each implementation together with a dedicated development team
Your Profile
- Degree in business administration or international retail management with solid technical qualifications or similar education
- Knowledge in the field of IT project management as well as process management from analysis to process definition to implementation
- Experience in modern project management methods & tools (JIRA Confluence) as well as expertise in agile product management
- Background in customer contract management preferably in telecom insurance and energy business is a major plus point
- Excellent English skills both written and spoken are a must; knowledge of German is an advantage
