Job Description:
As we work to transform and optimize Mars a new program has been mobilized by the Mars leadership team. The program is focused on the design and implementation of SAP S/4Hana in Mars across Segments (Petcare Corporate Snacking & Food). Much more than a simple Lift and Shift this program will undertake a major process simplification and harmonization scope as we digitally transform our business.
The program is focused primarily on eight mega process areas: Finance Source to Pay (procurement and vendor mgmt.) Plan to Fulfill (manufacturing and distribution) Lead to Cash (order processing and payment) Governance Engage to Consume (marketing) Idea to Market (R&D) and Recruit to Retire (HR). This transformation requires thought leadership quality decision making deep technical know-how and an ability to navigate complex business challenges while applying a holistic and multi-disciplinary approach to each of these mega processes. As part of program a new role has been created to manage all core Security and Compliances activities related to the SAP S/4Hana landscape. This role is a critical leadership role demanding a balanced blend of technical expertise and strategic thinking. This role is responsible for the delivery of the end-to-end lifecycle of the core SAP S/4Hana Security and Compliance scope ensuring alignment with roles design processes and governance principles.

What are we looking for
- 10 years in leading program for SAP Security GRC and Identity access management.
- Have an IT background with at least experience of 3 x ERP/SAP Development Implementation or Transformation projects from end to end.
- Professional certification such as SAP Certified Technology Professional SAP Access Control 12.0 CISSP CISM or other relevant security certifications
- Have profound knowledge of SAP Security GRC and Identity access management.
- Proficiency in security design configuration testing and deployment activities in SAP technologies including SAP S/4HANA Fiori SAP GRC SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) and Central Finance
- Strong understanding of Authorization Concepts for S/4 HANA SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) SAP Access Controls Identity Access Governance (IAG) and Identity access Management Business Technology Platform (BTP) and other Cloud applications such SuccessFactors Ariba MDG/Syniti/SNP Certifications
- Deep knowledge of SOX compliance segregation of duties (SoD) GDPR and other relevant regulatory requirements.
- Excellent understanding of S/4HANA product roadmap and knowledge of relevant delivery methods for SAP (waterfall hybrid agile agile)
- Be very well organized with experience in effectively setting deadlines delegating and assigning responsibilities followed by monitoring summarizing aligning and communicating the data plans status across various stakeholder groups ensuring clear ownership is established for all activities
- Have team player attitude and hunger to develop new professional skills combined with proactive development-minded and goal-focused attitude to work
- Excellent documentation visualization and presentation skills
- Have experience working with System Integrator and Business Integrator 3rd parties
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a professional manner.
What will be your key responsibilities
- Lead the program delivery for SAP Security GRC and Identity access management.
- Coordinate and support the SAP Security build team to ensure Shared and Segments Templates security requirements are being adopted and/or adapted by the business segment(s); and segment-specific requirements are incorporated into the Shared template and/or localized as necessary.
- Manage cross-team and stakeholder relationships to drive collaboration and meet shared goals
- Apply problem solving and critical thinking to enable the identification of Technology and Risks associated.
- Understand the security requirements and risks for complex ERP environment supporting the core business and IT processes.
- Support the SAP Security build team to implement a comprehensive SAP security and GRC strategy policies and procedure aligned with Organisational goals and industry best practice.
- Oversee SAP Security during implementation ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal security standards.
- Establish with the SAP Security build team robust access management policies and procedure for user provisioning de-provisioning and segregation of duties.
- Work effectively in diverse team within an inclusive team culture where people are recognised for their contribution.
- Support the SAP Security build team to implement security risk assessment against NIS2 framework.
- Stay updated on emerging security threats and technologies and implement best practice to enhance SAP application security and controls.
