Location: Based in Sauk Rapids MN Surrounding Markets
Schedule: Full-time Travel Required (3 days/week)
Compensation: Competitive Based on Experience

What Youll Do:
- Set bold goals-and crush them. Monthly quarterly yearly.
- Build and lead a high-performing sales team.
- Drive strategy execution and profitability.
- Own the customer experience from first contact to long-term loyalty.
- Be the face of GATR in the field-travel connect and close deals.
- Train coach and inspire your team to be the best in the business.
What You Bring:
- 5-10 years of sales leadership (bonus if its in trucks or heavy equipment).
- A Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven track record of smashing sales targets.
- CRM-savvy Microsoft Office fluent and a master of multitasking.
- A sharp business mind killer communication skills and a lets go attitude.
- Valid drivers license insurable driving record.
