  • Estimated annual base pay: $94800 (minimum) - $118500 (midpoint) - $142200 (maximum)

Are you ready to make your mark If youre a Senior Master Scheduler we have an exciting opportunity for you. The Senior Master Scheduler has the responsibility of establishing managing reviewing and maintaining a valid schedule for selected items. This position will have a great impact on internal/external customer service supply chain inventory material and capacity planning. This individual is a subject matter expert.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Identifies negotiates and resolves conflicts with respect to material and capacity availability and order-promising integrity.

  • Quotes deliveries dates for sales requests within the defined lead time.

  • Develops and maintains communication channels between various departments to maintain the production flow rates.

  • Leads team on reducing inventory/ lead times production improvements and efficiencies.

  • Leads team for improvements in the planning/ scheduling process in addition to maintain part parameters such as planner codes lead times and safety stocks.

  • Creates planning BOMs and looks for ways to add phantoms and change BOM structure to improve production efficiency.

  • Interacts with customers and sales in SIOP meetings.

  • Identifies initial constraints and assists team with possible corrective actions.

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelors Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) or equivalent experience required.

  • Minimum of 7 years experience in a scheduling role required.

  • Manufacturing processes knowledge preferred.

  • APICS (Association of Production and Inventory Control society) or other certification required.

  • Greenbelt certification preferred.

  • Expert knowledge of the master production schedule and the ability to use and revise that schedule to achieve business objectives.

  • Expert knowledge of WISE/SAP or other ERP systems.

  • Expert knowledge of Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRPII).

  • Expert knowledge of Planning functions/roles.
