Estimated annual base pay: $94800 (minimum) - $118500 (midpoint) - $142200 (maximum)
All members included in annual cash bonus opportunity.

Are you ready to make your mark If youre a Senior Master Scheduler we have an exciting opportunity for you. The Senior Master Scheduler has the responsibility of establishing managing reviewing and maintaining a valid schedule for selected items. This position will have a great impact on internal/external customer service supply chain inventory material and capacity planning. This individual is a subject matter expert.
What You Will Be Doing
Identifies negotiates and resolves conflicts with respect to material and capacity availability and order-promising integrity.
Quotes deliveries dates for sales requests within the defined lead time.
Develops and maintains communication channels between various departments to maintain the production flow rates.
Leads team on reducing inventory/ lead times production improvements and efficiencies.
Leads team for improvements in the planning/ scheduling process in addition to maintain part parameters such as planner codes lead times and safety stocks.
Creates planning BOMs and looks for ways to add phantoms and change BOM structure to improve production efficiency.
Interacts with customers and sales in SIOP meetings.
Identifies initial constraints and assists team with possible corrective actions.
What We Are Looking For
Bachelors Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) or equivalent experience required.
Minimum of 7 years experience in a scheduling role required.
Manufacturing processes knowledge preferred.
APICS (Association of Production and Inventory Control society) or other certification required.
Greenbelt certification preferred.
Expert knowledge of the master production schedule and the ability to use and revise that schedule to achieve business objectives.
Expert knowledge of WISE/SAP or other ERP systems.
Expert knowledge of Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRPII).
Expert knowledge of Planning functions/roles.
