Job Description
Innovative Control Systems (ICS) is the global leader in the manufacturing installation and support of car wash technology and equipment. This is a first shift position M-F with OT as needed to meet customer demands.

Summary
The production technician assembles and tests products and sub-assemblies per accepted safety quality and productivity standards and protocols that he/she helps initiate and maintain along with the assistance of other production personnel. All of this is done to ultimately maximize our customers satisfaction level.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Assembles and tests electrical/electronic products and sub-assemblies per accepted safety quality and productivity standards and protocols.
- Records and submits productivity and quality metrics to the Team leader or Production Supervisor
- Maintains his/her work area and tools in an orderly manner daily.
- Plays a pivotal role in maintaining inventory accuracy.
- Observes all safety rules and provides suggestions to improve safety and wears proper PPE.
- Completes all essential duties as well as the applicable paperwork and computer entries on a timely basis.
Performance Metrics
- First pass yield.
- Productivity: measure labor actuals vs. standards.
- No quality errors; No installation discrepancies.
- On time delivery of 100%.
- Inventory accuracy /- 1% within his/her work area.
- No safety infractions.

Qualifications
Education: High School education or equivalent.
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred. Basic understanding of circuit boards schematic reading and electrical meter skills. Background working with AC/DC voltages.
Other: Knowledge of MS Office and computer literate.
