Our National Security Team supports the intelligence community providing operating and assuring critical voice video
and collaboration services for the full spectrum of operations.
AT&T has an opening for a Network Operations Center (CNOC) Tier II Incident Management Technician: To support the customers computer data communications systems providing network event management and incident troubleshooting. Technicians provide additional support by ensuring network devices meet baseline configurations software and network performance standards. Technicians will make extensive use of Microfocus tools ServiceNow and knowledge of the various levels of the Open Systems Interconnection (OSI) model to complete daily network Operations and Maintenance (O&M) tasks.
This position requires office presence a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered.
The job duties of the CNOC Tier II Incident Management Technician are as follows:
Required Clearance: TS/SCI with polygraph. (#ts/sci) (#polygraph)
Required Qualifications: Candidate must have 10 years of experience that can be a combination of work history and education. (NOTE: This equates to a doctorate and 3 years masters and 4 years bachelors and 6 years associates and 8 years or HS diploma and 10 years). Additional required qualifications include: Compliance with Department of Defense (DoD) 8140 Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level 2.
