Your opportunity
- Organise and carry out presentations and training activities towards domestic IFAS/PBs networks as assigned in collaboration with the other members of the retail team
- Conduct cold calls to prospects
- Prepare ad hoc presentations for retail networks
- Design marketing ideas and budget effective road shows targeting the single IFAS/PBs groups located and operating in the major Italian cities.
- Active across the whole Italian territory with the specific responsibility to improve JHI penetration
- Maintain and develop existing and new networks relationships through planned individual account support to optimize quality of service business growth and client satisfaction
- Reporting to the Director Italy Sales on the Retail Distribution
- Liaise constructively with the sales support resources both local and central
- Provide support with SICAV Lux transfer agent and any local lawyers regarding statutory funds authorization.
- Contribute to the London Product unit activity aiming to launch/maintain a range of funds which satisfy/meet clients requirement on a medium-term basis.
- Carry out additional duties as assigned.

- Mother tongue in Italian and fluent in English given the constant need to dialogue with the Londons investment floor

- Ability to provide new ideas to the implementation of the branchs organizational projects.
- Business and Communication Skills: Must be an excellent face-to-face and telephone communicator and beyond the initial development phase able to consolidate the relationship with the clients being always supportive and if possible anticipating their operational requirements.
- A character evidencing curiosity proactivity enthusiasm; to be perceived as a strong team player and a reliable colleague /collaborator.
- With a good background and knowledge of the financial markets to understand and correctly report all the indications coming from JHI fund managers and analysts.
- Familiar with the most common software programs (e.g. Power Point Excel)
- Clear and concise in the writing attitude to produce effective CRM notes
- ESG qualifications understanding and knowledge are a value added
