Join us at KWS Berlin GmbHas aWorking Student in Accounts Payable with French (m/f/d)part-time. This role offers a 12-months contract with an average workload of20 hours per week.
Your responsibilities:
- Support the Accounts Payable core processes such as processing invoices.
- Get in touch with other departments such as Business Units or Procurement.
- Support on ad-hoc tasks that arise within the team.
- Engage in projects focusing on automation optimization and digitalization.
Bring Your Strengths:
- Enrolled student in the field of business administration economics finance accounting or a related field with a financial focus with aminimum 2 semester left of studies.
- Proactive structured and detail-oriented.
- Flexible solution-oriented and able to work under pressure when facing new tasks.
- First experience with SAP is an advantage.
- Strong interest in Finance or Accounting.
- Strong experience with MS Office - Excel; Power BI is a plus.
- Conscientious working style with strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Proficiency in English and French is mandatory.Additional languages (Spanish Portuguese German) are a plus.
- Preference for availability four times per week.
- Located in Berlin/Brandenburg.
