Job Description

As theCondominium Operations Manager youwill specialize in working with property managers management companies and aiding with in-suite services in the condominium market.

Duties:

  • Manage service level commitments and ensure operating teams deliver in accordance with established procedures for assigned portfolios.
  • Attend start up meeting to ensure that delivery of in-suite services adheres to Naylor Standards.
  • Assist in scheduling annual/bi-annual in-suite inspections.
  • Promptly address customer inquiries to maintain long-term relationships.
  • Assist sales team with the development and growth of business within the residential market.
  • Conduct site visits and equipment surveys for prospective clients.
  • Participate in sales events tradeshows and board meetings as required.
  • Conduct market and competitor research.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years industry experience OLCM or RCM designation preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Must possess a valid drivers license clean driving record
