As theCondominium Operations Manager youwill specialize in working with property managers management companies and aiding with in-suite services in the condominium market.

Duties:
- Manage service level commitments and ensure operating teams deliver in accordance with established procedures for assigned portfolios.
- Attend start up meeting to ensure that delivery of in-suite services adheres to Naylor Standards.
- Assist in scheduling annual/bi-annual in-suite inspections.
- Promptly address customer inquiries to maintain long-term relationships.
- Assist sales team with the development and growth of business within the residential market.
- Conduct site visits and equipment surveys for prospective clients.
- Participate in sales events tradeshows and board meetings as required.
- Conduct market and competitor research.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years industry experience OLCM or RCM designation preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Must possess a valid drivers license clean driving record
