About the Role
Were looking for a Digital Transformation Engineer (AI Focus) to be a key player in our technology evolution. As we continue to lead in freight operations were embracing digital transformation and AI-driven solutions to improve efficiency scalability and customer experience. This role is perfect for a technical analyst with light programming experience and a passion for automation innovation and process improvement. Youll collaborate with our AI automation and dynamic pricing partners as well as cross-functional teams across operations pricing sales and tech.
What Youll Do
- Collaborate with external Voice & Email AI and dynamic pricing partners to implement and enhance automation solutions.
- Identify new internal use cases for AI workflows by working with operations carrier sales pricing and leadership teams.
- Build map and document end-to-end automation workflows.
- Test validate and continuously optimize deployed solutions for effectiveness and accuracy.
- Conduct audits on AI-driven processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Measure and report ROI of each implemented use case with clear analytics and KPIs.
- Serve as a technical liaison between Circle Logistics teams and 3rd-party vendors.
- Provide light programming support where needed (Python JavaScript or similar preferred).
- Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to freight automation and pricing.
What Were Looking For
Were seeking candidates who meet one of the following qualifications:
A degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
OR- 2 years of experience in a technical analyst automation or digital transformation role
Additional qualifications include:
- Experience working with third-party software providers or automation vendors
- Familiarity with workflow tools APIs and AI or RPA platforms
- Basic programming skills (e.g. Python JavaScript SQL)
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced collaborative environments
- A talent for translating business needs into technical solutions and measurable outcomes
- Preferred background in logistics or supply chain
- Project management experience is also a plus!
Compensation: $40000.00 - $45000.00 per year
