- Help recruit onboard and coach a talented team of educators
- Support staff performance engagement and retention
- Maintain compliance with all state licensing and health and safety regulations
- Assist with daily operations including scheduling payroll and recordkeeping
- Uphold high standards in cleanliness organization and efficiency
- Guide and support teaching teams in implementing TLEs proprietary curriculum
- Build strong relationships with families through daily interactions and regular communication
- Lead center tours and support enrollment growth through strong customer experience
- Organize center events and engage in community outreach efforts
- Represent TLE at local events to promote brand awareness and partnership
- At least 1 year of experience in a leadership role within a preschool or childcare setting
- Indiana Director/Administrator credential (preferred or in progress)
- Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Indiana state licensing regulations
- Excellent communication organizational and problem-solving skills
- A passion for early childhood education and a drive to support others
