What Youll Do:
We are seeking a dedicated HSE&S Professional to lead our Health Safety Environment and Security (HSE&S) activities. This role ensures that our operations comply with regulatory requirements company policies ISO and corporate standards. The successful candidate will drive continuous improvement in HSE&S performance maintaining our community-granted right to operate and preventing financial losses due to incidents.
Your responsibilities:
- The HSE&S Professional will monitor operations to ensure compliance with regulatory HSE&S requirements through compulsory inspections internal audits and adherence to duties imposed by regulators.
- This role involves supporting the implementation of health safety and environment programs providing training and awareness conducting audits and ensuring site procedures align with company policies and standards.
- The professional will also maintain documented HSE&S systems and foster internal and external communication with managers co-workers authorities external emergency services HSE&S consultants neighboring factories and the chemical association.
- The role typically reports to the UK HSE Manager.
What Were Looking For:
- Candidates must possess a qualification in Health Safety and Environmental Management.
