As Global Transportation Manager you will develop global transportation strategies collaborate with procurement in negotiating contracts with carriers and logistics providers lead transportation projects and ensure adherence to international trade regulations. You will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the movement of goods across Colgates international supply chains ensuring efficient cost-effective and compliant transportation operations for all goods via ocean/road/rail/air to support business objectives. This role works closely with internal teamssuch as supply chain procurement and customer serviceas well as external partners to drive savings via continuous improvement initiatives reduce transit times and manage transportation risks for FG/RM and PM. This role requires strong analytical skills global logistics expertise and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment and serves as a Transportation Center of Excellence.

Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $120000.00 - $168500.00 USD
Pay is determined based on experience qualifications and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses profit-sharing and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.
Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package including medical dental vision basic life insurance paid parental leave disability coverage and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employees hire date within the calendar year). Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws. Detailed information regarding paid sick leave entitlements will be provided to employees upon hiring and may be subject to adjustments based on changes in legislation or company policies.
