Job Description
Rome Health is seeking a Anesthesia and Hospitalist Group Manager. The HGC will be responsible for managing caseload admissions discharges and relationships with collaborating departments involved in the care of the patient. They will also ensure best practices (performance and efficiency) for the practice and is also responsible for contributing to workflow processes communications and initiatives for the betterment of the hospital through operations and financial opportunities. Duties will also include:
- Rounding Census
- Physician Billing
- Physician Scheduling
- Medical Records Management
- Supervise daily practice operations
- Coordinate daily provider assignments
- Interact with patients and families address their concerns with providers
- Coordinate regular provider meetings
- Monitor provider CME
- Acts as liaison between providers and other hospital staff
Position Qualifications:
3-5 years of related experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word Excel Powerpoint E-Mail)
Bachelors degree in a related field is required.
