Job Description
- Providing lean support to Global Supply Chain
- Leading cross-functional teams to implement process improvements
- Leading and handling lean projects
- Training and coaching employees on lean/six sigma methodologies and tools
- Provide leadership in finding opportunities and delivering solutions for metric improvements
- Provide leadership for identifying training needs. Define requirements for training classes and conduct training for internal and external personnel
Who You Are:
You facilitate an open dialogue with a wide variety of contributors and collaborators. You deliver messages in a clear compelling and concise manner. You persist in the face of challenges and setbacks. You seek ways to improve processes from small tweaks to complete reengineering. You create and implement plans that allocate resources precisely.
- Bachelors Degree
- 6 years related experience
- Lean/Six Sigma training
- Project Management Skills
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- MBA Preferred
- Lean and/or six sigma certifications

Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary within the local market in which we operate and reward performance during our annual merit review process. The salary range for this role is $82000-$118000annually commensurate with the skills talent capabilities and experience each candidate brings to a role.
