DescriptionThe ADI Centre of Excellence is responsible for the technical support of our customers providing pre and post-sales support for over 300 products from 15 to 20 different manufacturers covering all aspects of fire and security technology. We are looking for a motivated Service Technician to provide the desired level of customer service. Our aim is to provide a successful service that improves customer satisfaction maximizes customer retention and increases profitability.
JOB DUTIES:
- Liaise with the internal technical team in supporting customers and sales.
- Work closely with field sales and key accounts to provide customers with the appropriate CCTV IP video and access control technical services
- Project and system design
- After-sales technical support
- Diagnosis of faults or technical problems and search for suitable solutions
- Preparation of service reports and process documentation
- Understanding customer requirements and making appropriate recommendations
YOU MUST HAVE:
- University degree or equivalent.
- Some experience in the electronics industry.
WE VALUE:
- Bachelors degree in management computer science or a technology-related discipline.
- Experience in the fire service industry is mandatory
- Excellent interpersonal verbal and written communication skills
