What You Will Get To Do:
The Statements Analyst plays a key role in the successful delivery of customer statements for Plum MasterKey and P&I members ensuring accuracy and timeliness across all statement-related projects. This role enables clients to understand their current financial position by receiving Annual Statement information in an accurate and timely manner.
Plan gather requirements and execute testing and implementation activities to ensure accurate and timely delivery of Customer Statements.
Coordinate and oversee all actions necessary to meet Insignia Financials legal obligations related to Customer Statements.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to review validate and approve business and technical requirements.
Maintain accurate statement reporting by conducting UAT production testing and applying robust quality assurance processes.
Ensure all statements are delivered in full compliance with legislative deadlines.
Support the identification analysis and resolution of incidents and contribute to control uplift initiatives to reduce risk and prevent recurrence.
What You Will Bring:
Tertiary qualifications in business management statistics or a related discipline (preferred)
Experience in project delivery
Strong attention to detail analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Knowledge of MLC ANZ and P&I products services and systems
