Job Description
Looking for a rewarding career Join the Duraflake team as a Maintenance Planner and Scheduler!
We are seeking a Maintenance Planner and Scheduler to lead our planning and scheduling of all maintenance work for monthly and yearly outages. This role reports to our Maintenance Planning Coordinator and collaborates with our Operations teams to ensure the plan is executed accurately and effectively.
What Were Looking For:
- High School Diploma required
- Strong industrial mechanical or electrical background required
- Experience creating and managing maintenance plans required
- Experience with SAP for maintenance work
- Experience with MS Project for scheduling maintenance work
- Experience facilitating effective planning and scheduling meetings
- Strong computer skills
- Strong communication skills

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to move freely throughout the facility including climbing stairs and ladders and navigating around equipment and machinery
- Ability to bend stoop and crouch as necessary to inspect and maintain equipment
- Capability to lift and carry materials and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds
- Ability to perform physical tasks that involve lifting pushing pulling and carrying heavy objects
- Endurance to stand and walk for extended periods often in environments with dust chemicals high noise levels and varying temperatures
