Summer 2025 - Buying Intern
HUGO BOSS Fashions Inc. New York City United States Part-time
The Summer 2025 - Buying Intern will support the Merchandising Team in the day to day operations and market process across all categories of the NCSA business.
As aSummer 2025 Intern:
- You must be able to work to work up to 37.5 hours per week for the entire summer period.
- Intern for the full Summer session - June 9 - August 15 2025
- The minimum & maximum rate of pay will be fixed at $16.50 per hour
- You must be an active student entering junior or senior year and pursuing a bachelors degree
- Able to work in our hybrid model: 3 days in office & 2 remotely
- This position is not eligible for relocation
What you can expect:- Create and maintain weekly style selling reports
- Responsible for compiling best seller performance for weekly action meeting
- Compile seasonal collection information as requested by Marketing and E-Commerce teams
- Assist in showroom setup during market
- Organize and actively participate in market prep and sample coordination
- Provide support in data and order entry in Excel and SAP
- Engage with other departments such as Planning and Wholesale teams on communal projects
- Support the team with administrative tasks as needed
Your profile:- Bachelors Degree or current undergraduate student pursuing a degree in a related field
- Ability to work a total of up to 24 hours/week for 3 months with the possibility of an extension based on performance.
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office specifically Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Adapts to shifting circumstances in a business environment
