Job Description
Registered Dietitian Part-Time Alexandria VA
Nutrition That Works LLC is seeking a registered dietitianto support a long-term care facility in Alexandria opportunity starts ASAPfor 8 or 16hours/week onsite and is a short-term assignment (7-10 weeks).

Experience: LTC and MDS experiencepreferred
Your AssignmentWill Include:
- Completingnutritional assessments and maintaining documentation
- Documentingwith the Nutrition Care Process in the electronic medical recordsystem (Point Click Care)
- Collaborating withthe interdisciplinary care plan team andfood service team
- Calculations and recommendations for enteralfeedings
- Making recommendations for wounds and significant weight changes
- Completing MDS - Section K
- Maintaining confidentiality and patient information in accordance with HIPAA
Requirements:
- Credentialed as aRegistered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN)through the CDR
- Must pass a pre-employment screening process including background and health checks
