Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Ensure an efficient day to day delivery and monitoring of the T&E process
• Daily export of the T&E report from the system
• Perform accurate checks for the T&E based on procedure
• Make sure that VAT rules are applied accordingly
• Check that supporting documentation is accurately updated on the platform
• Liaise with Local business to tackle queries
• Participating in the reporting on the T&E activities
• Looking for areas for improvement
• Taking an active role in P2P projects

Who Are We Looking For

• Educated to graduate degree in accounting or to bachelors degree level in business management
• Beginner experience in T&E is an advantage
• Experience in SAP is an advantage
• Good analytical & integrative thinking ability
• Language capabilities: English (fluent) German (fluent)

• High motivation and ability to learn
• Comfortable working in cross-functional teams (matrix environment) rigorous & accurate working style
• Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment
• Ability to work independently & collaboratively open-minded and proactive attitude
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to deal with difficult sensitive and confidential matters
• Attention to details
