We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Immunology Area Lead (Greece Romania Bulgaria) to join our Immunology team in Athens Greece.

About the role

As the Area Head Immunology you will be responsible for managing sales marketing and digital teams within the therapeutic area on a national or regional basis. Your primary goal will be to achieve defined turnover and profitability objectives while applying Patient Value Strategy (PVS) principles in all aspects of leadership.

What youll do

• Lead and oversee immunology projects and initiatives: Ensure projects are aligned with strategic priorities and deliverables.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for research and development: Create and adapt plans to maximize patient value and achieve financial objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation: Work closely with medical patient experience and digital teams to maximize synergies and eliminate redundancies.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards: Maintain high scientific ethical and compliance standards in all operations.
• Represent the organization at industry events: Attend conferences seminars and other events to promote the organization and stay updated on industry trends.
• Mentor and support team members: Provide guidance and development opportunities to foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Manage the P&L and allocate resources effectively: Oversee financial performance and resource allocation to maximize impact and achieve strategic goals.

Interested For this role were looking for the following education experience and skills

• Education: Masters in Life Sciences or Business Administration MBA preffered.
• Minimum of 10 years of commercial experience in the health sector marketing health market access or medical experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Multifunctional experience is an asset.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of successful project management.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• In-depth knowledge of immunology research methodologies and technologies.
• Demonstrated proficiency in planning developing and executing strategic and tactical plans.
• Preferably in-depth knowledge of ecosystem(s) and regulations in terms of benefits framework and data protection.
• Excellent proficiency of English and at least one of the local languages: Greek Romanian Bulgarian.
