Job Title: Survival Equipment Supervisor
Location: Glasgow Paisley
Compensation: 31962.12 depending on experience

The role
As a Survival Equipment Supervisor youll have a role thats out of the ordinary. This is an interesting dynamic and rewarding role utilising specialist skills whilst operating within a small team albeit being part of a much bigger International organisation.
Day-to-day youll have the following responsibilities:
Helmet and life jacket maintenance
Checking of parachute flying clothing and all safety elements inc in flying
Student kitting of flying clothing
Cadet training and fitting.
This role is full time and based onsite at our Glasgow site.
Essential experience of the Survival Equipment Supervisor:
Proven work requirements in previous role to include the ability to work flexibly individually and as part of a team.
Demonstrates an active two-way engagement with all customers and stakeholders including people within the organisation.
Good analytical/problem solving skills in previous roles evidenced
Previous experience in a similar role or environment in a fitting
Previous experience in Q-SE-AC (Helmet Fitting)
Qualifications for the Survival Equipment Supervisor:
RAF Safety Equipment Course or civilian equivalent.
Security Clearance
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain CTC security clearance for this role.
