Job Description

Per studio professionale notarile si ricerca un/una impiegato/a data entry.

La figura si occuper di:
Prendere visione delle pratiche ed archiviarle sia digitalmente che in modalit cartacea.
Inserimento telematico delle anagrafiche dei clienti
Smistamento chiamate in entrata ed in uscita
Gestione della corrispondenza cartacea e via mail

Requisiti:
Collaborazione comunicazione organizzazione e puntualit
Conoscenza degli strumenti informatici
Diploma di maturit

Si offre:
Contratto a tempo determinato
Orario full time
