Job Description
Title : Construction Project Manager
Location: Evansville IN
Role Type: Full time
Salary: $110000 $120000 ( Bonus)

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Project management across multiple disciplines.
- Direct subcontractors and self-performed work.
- Manage project schedules including creating new schedules and updating existing ones.
- Manage administrative tasks and project execution through project management software.
- Ensure quality construction standards are followed.
- Monitor and lead compliance with building and safety regulations.
- Proactively identify assess and mitigate project risks.
Required Skills:
- 5 years of construction project management experience.
- Experience with industrial projects up to $10 M.
- 4 degree in Construction Management or equivalent OR trade experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office skills including Excel Word and Outlook.
- Demonstrated leadership skills leading multi-trade construction teams. Benefits

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
