Tasks
- Work closely with regional HR manager and support the recruitment and HR matters.
- Responsible for the 360-degree Recruitment process
- Handling all the contracts and ensuring compliance with legal operational and individual contractual provisions.
- Holistic HR support and the implementation of our local and global policies are part of your daily work.
Requirements
- You have a completed university degree or vocational training in HR management
- You have at least 2 years of professional experience in the field of HR with a focus on people management and recruitment.
- You have very good knowledge of labor law
- You have a very conscientious structured and reliable way of working
- Excellent speaking and writing in German and English
