Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and client-focused Relocation Sales Specialist for one of our Australian-based client. This role acts as the central hub of communication among clients agents buyers sellers and moving services ensuring a smooth efficient and cost-effective relocation process. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator results-oriented and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for minimizing time consumed and moving costs.
  • Working as the hub of communication between the client agent buyers sellers and any moving services
  • Identifying client needs scheduling appointments and recommending services.
  • Present and sell company products and services
  • Specialized service to current and potential clients in the assigned territory/market segment
  • Locate or propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners discovering and exploring opportunities.
  • Seek out opportunities to increase business in all service areas.
  • Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned.
  • Establish and maintain current and potential client relationships.
  • Help develop and submit professional clear and effective proposals for current and prospective customers.
  • Provide a consistently high level of service to our customers regarding the entire process of relocation freight rates service levels schedule information and customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-ups.
  • Identify and resolve client concerns.
  • Stay up-to-date on new product and service opportunities special developments market conditions competitors activities as well as advertising and promotional trends via personal connections and through the reading of pertinent literature.
  • Communicate new opportunities special developments information or feedback gathered through networking activities to appropriate company staff.
  • Participate in sales meetings networking events (inside and outside of core business hours).
  • Stay current on customer and industry trends.
  • Understand competitor strategies capabilities and pricing to better position the company advantageously.
  • Self-driven results-oriented with a positive outlook and will have a clear focus on high quality and business profit.


Requirements

  • Proven experience in client services sales logistics or relocation services.
  • Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.
  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in identifying and acting on business opportunities.
  • Self-starter with a positive attitude and a results-driven approach.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Comfortable with networking prospecting and developing lasting relationships.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and relevant software tools is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in relocation or real estate services.
  • Knowledge of freight logistics or supply chain management.

Proven experience in client services, sales, logistics, or relocation services. Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
