Job Description

Are you a dynamic and experienced Cath Lab Nurse with a passion for leadership Were hiring a Cath Lab Nurse Manager (RN) to oversee our high-performing cardiovascular team. This is your opportunity to step into a key leadership role with a respected medical center in beautiful Las Cruces New Mexico.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the Cardiac Catheterization Lab.

  • Supervise nursing staff and ensure high-quality patient care and safety standards.

  • Collaborate with physicians technicians and other healthcare professionals.

  • Develop policies procedures and performance improvement initiatives.

  • Provide direct patient care as needed in a fast-paced high-acuity setting.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (BSN preferred).

  • Active RN license in New Mexico or a Compact State.

  • 5 years of recent clinical experience in a Cardiac Cath Lab or similar specialty.

  • 35 years of nurse leadership or management experience required.

  • Strong clinical judgment critical thinking and communication skills.
