Job Description
Position: Mental Health Monitor/Sitter (MHM/S)
Schedule: 3x12-hour shifts per week (minimum 13-week commitment)
Openings: Day Shift Positions Available
Overview:
We are seeking dedicated and observant individuals to join our team as Mental Health Monitors/Sitters (MHM/S). In this vital role you will be responsible for continuous monitoring of patients to ensure their safety and well-being. This is an excellent opportunity for those with healthcare support experience to contribute meaningfully in a clinical setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor patients via video surveillance or in-person observation.
Promptly report any changes in patient behavior or safety concerns.
Support clinical staff in ensuring a secure and calm environment.
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED.
At least six (6) months of experience in a clerical or support role in a medical setting.
Previous experience with patient monitoring and observation systems preferred.
Commitment:
Candidates must be available to work three 12-hour shifts per week and commit to a minimum of 13 weeks.
