The opportunity:

Were hiring Sales Development Representatives to support our rapidly growing Digital Customer segment. These SDRs will be on the front lines of customer engagementconnecting with current users to uncover expansion opportunities and flag risks is an exciting opportunity to help shape how we support and grow a high-potential part of our business. Youll work cross-functionally with Sales Marketing and Customer Success teams to ensure customers are seeing the value of our products and know how to grow with us.

Team youll be joining:

Youll join a collaborative mission-aligned go-to-market team focused on customer success and sustainable growth. Our SDRs partner closely with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to help make sure customers are engaged and thriving. We work in a supportive and transparent environment where everyones voice is valued.

What you will own:

  • Connect with existing customers to understand their goals usage and potential for growth
  • Identify and document risk factors when customers signal lack of engagement or limited product adoption
  • Surface leads and hand off qualified opportunities to the appropriate Account Executive or team
  • Collaborate with Marketing to align messaging and outreach strategies
  • Maintain accurate records of activity and insights in Salesforce and Outreach

A bit about you:

  • 1 year of professional experience in a customer-facing role (sales support success etc.)
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • A proactive curious mindset and a desire to learn
  • Comfortable using tools like Salesforce and Outreach (or willing to learn)
  • Team-oriented and self-motivated with strong follow-through

Posit offerscompetitive compensation with extensive human-first people-focused benefits to prioritize your personal and financial well-being. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors including qualifications for the role experience level and skillset. This hiring range reflects base salary and assumes that the job will be performed in the United States. Commissioned roles have an expected 50/50 pay mix.
