Job Description
About the Role
- Developing and realizing interdisciplinary design concepts
- Develop a brand/projects design consistently across different media
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with colleagues from strategy creation production and management of external partners
- Utilize HTML/CSS and email marketing best practices to create and code interactive experiences for email.
- Develop/modify email templates and existing campaigns.
- Contribute to the continued modernization and evolution of the brand.
- Apply the best practices in email development.
- Ensure identical rendering across browsers ESPs and devices.
- Troubleshoot HTML CSS and other performance issues.
About You
- Excellent proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator) and Figma
- Working knowledge of Canva and MailChimp; eager to learn new tools as needed
- Strong foundation in HTML/CSS with email-specific coding experience
- Proficient in responsive email design and front-end development
- Experience with Google Ad Display formats and understanding of website builders
- 3 years of proven experience in CRM design
- Ability to adapt to and work across multiple brand guidelines
- Skilled at interpreting design briefs and copy to bring creative concepts to life
- Collaborative team player with a strong ability to work independently
- Experience managing projects through the full lifecyclefrom concept to delivery
- Demonstrated ability to deliver work within defined scope timeline and budget
- Strong interpersonal skills and resourcefulness in problem-solving
- Fluent in Spanish; advanced proficiency in English
