As Team Lead Operative Supply Chain (m/f/d) you will play a key role in the further development of our supply chain structures. You will lead and develop your team establish efficient digital and scalable processes and focus on automation and data-driven solutions to guarantee the best possible customer experience. You will also play an operational role scrutinise existing structures and actively drive the digital transformation of our supply chain.

Your Challenges
- You take on theleadershipof the operational SCM team continuously develop your employees actively drive the achievement oftargetsand provide support in finding solutions.
- Youmaintainbusiness relationships with our partners in packaging productionbased onperformance reviews forecasts material stocks or new product developments.
- Youidentifyoptimizationpotential in the business processes and actively shape thedigitalizationand efficiency enhancement of the entire supply chain.
- You will work with your team tomonitorsupply chaincapacityand performanceidentifybottlenecksand develop suitable action plans.
- You oversee quality assurance processes and manage supplier claims ensuringtimelyresolution and compliance with company standards.
- By implementing ad hoc analyses and special projects you will actively contribute to our companys success.
- You willbe responsible forplanning and carrying out the annual inventory and internal supply chain audits ensuring smooth processes in purchasingcoordinationand operational processes.
- You will develop and coordinate the strategic roadmap for our SCM activities.
Your skills
- You have at least 6 years ofwork experiencein supply chain management
- You have strong organizational skills and practical experience with project management tools and methods
- You have provenexpertisein supplierand partnermanagement
- You have a background in the packaging industry or tech/e-commerce environment
- You are an excellent communicator in both German and English
- You are a team player witha high levelof self-motivation and independence
- You have leadership experience in managing small teams with a focus on setting clear goals driving efficiency and motivating your team
