Job Description
BOLT Wireless a trusted TELUS authorized partner is seeking energetic and customer-focused individuals to join its in-store sales team. Whether you have previous sales experience or are new to the field and eager to learn this is a great opportunity to start or grow your career in retail and telecommunications.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist walk-in customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Promote and sell TELUS products and services including mobile plans home security internet and calling features
- Make outbound calls to new and existing customers for follow-up retention and promotional opportunities
- Deliver exceptional customer service both in-store and over the phone
- Stay updated on the latest product features and promotions
- Maintain a clean organized and engaging retail environment
What Were Looking For
- A strong interest in sales with the drive to meet and exceed targets
- Previous experience in retail customer service or hospitality is an asset but not required
- Excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn
- Legally authorized to work in Canada
- Students eligible to work under their study permit are welcome to apply
