The Network Director Youth Intensive Services provides division-wide leadership and supervision for MHMR Youth Centers specialized intensive services programs and projects including YES Waiver LOC 4 RTC Bed Project and CANVAS. Responsibilities include daily operations staff supervision caseload monitoring oversight of audits and outcomes liaison with state and community providers attendance at agency meetings tracking data and monthly reports handling patient and family complaints facilitating leadership meetings and coordinating appeals with HHSC. This role involves management-level decision-making program planning and inter-agency coordination.
Minimum qualifications: Bachelors degree in Health and Humans Services field of Applied Behavior Analysis Child Development Counseling Early Childhood Education Early Childhood Intervention Education Psychology Gerontology Human Growth and Development Medicine Nursing Physician Assistant Psychology Registered Nurse Rehabilitation & Rehab Studies Social Work Sociology or Special Education
Preferences: Spanish-speaking
License/Certifications: Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) OR eligible for QMHP certification (based on minimum and defined education above) Valid Texas Drivers License
