Job Description
Fully Remote 20% Travel
120K to 140K Bonus

Our client a rapidly growing Private Equity firm with approximately $2 billion in Assets Under Management (AUM) is looking to enhance their team dynamic. This role will assist portfolio company finance leaders in executing finance initiatives operational enhancements and best practices company-wide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Embody firms values in all work.
- Build relationships with portfolio companies (Portco).
- Develop strong relationships with Portco finance leaders and collaborate on value creation plans.
- Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with GAAP.
- Implement governance and reporting standards.
- Track financial KPIs and performance improvements.
- Generate budgeting forecasting and financial modeling.
- Provide board-level reporting.
- Support financial due diligence and integration efforts.
- Maintain communication for alignment and transparency.
- Provide leadership and functional support to portfolio companies.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Stakeholder Engagement & Relationship Building Engage with key stakeholders for trust and alignment.
- Financial Reporting & Accuracy Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards.
- Budgeting Forecasting & FP&A Develop financial plans and analyze variances for decision-making.
- Treasury & Cash Management Manage cash flow for financial stability.
- Add-on Support & Integration Support integration of financial systems and tools.
- Performance Improvement & Cost Optimization Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement best practices for financial improvement.
