Job Description
Position: Remote Call Center Representative
Evolution Sports Group is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Remote Call Center Representative. As a full-time employee you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home while providing exceptional service to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls from customers and provide prompt and professional assistance
- Respond to customer inquiries troubleshoot issues and provide solutions
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers
- Accurately enter and update customer information in our database
- Follow up with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer concerns
- Meet and exceed individual and team performance goals
- Stay up-to-date on company policies procedures and products
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to multitask and navigate through multiple computer systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
- Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Must be a self-starter and able to work independently
