Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Manufacturing Operations: Manage daily production activities ensuring schedules are met cycle times are optimized and quality standards are upheld.
- Team Development: Recruit train and mentor team members fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Ensure Compliance: Work closely with quality assurance teams to uphold regulatory standards maintain accurate documentation and support audit readiness.
- Process Optimization: Initiate and drive improvements to manufacturing processes aiming to reduce waste and boost operational efficiency.
- Risk Management: Develop and implement strategies to mitigate operational risks especially for sensitive products.
- Promote Safety: Uphold health and safety regulations to ensure a secure workplace for all staff.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with various departments to ensure smooth operations and regulatory compliance.
- Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators maintain production records and report on operational outcomes.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Science Engineering or a related discipline.
- Industry Experience: Minimum of 10 years in pharmaceutical manufacturing
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and regulatory requirements.
- Analytical Skills: Proven ability to analyze and solve complex problems driving process improvements.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
- Professionalism: High standards of integrity and a commitment to compliance.
