Position: Construction Partner Renewable Energy & Infrastructure Projects
Location: Flexible Multiple Office Locations Across the UK
Sector: Construction Law Renewable Energy Commercial Projects
Are you a legal professional with a passion for clean energy and infrastructure Our client a leading law firm with a strong presence in the renewable energy sector is seeking a pragmatic Construction Partner to join their collegiate team.
This is a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of energy transition advising on high-impact projects across technologies such as battery storage solar wind hydrogen and more. The successful candidate will collaborate with senior legal experts and cross-disciplinary teams whilst contributing to the development acquisition and operation of cutting-edge energy infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting and negotiating EPC contracts O&M agreements and long-term service arrangements
- Advising on component warranties and supply chain agreements with global manufacturers
- Supporting transactional work including project acquisitions and disposals
- Providing legal insight on a range of clean energy technologies and infrastructure models
- Collaborating with specialists in real estate corporate finance planning and dispute resolution.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven senior experience in construction law
- Exposure to clean energy or infrastructure sectors preferred
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple locations and disciplines
- Familiarity with technologies such as BESS solar PV wind hydrogen or EV infrastructure is a plus.
