Pay $70000-75000 annually

Aspire Living & Learning is seeking a dynamic Philanthropy Manager to lead community-centered fundraising efforts across Massachusetts. In this newly created role youll develop and implement innovative strategies to grow philanthropic support for our missionempowering individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) to achieve their full potential.

As Philanthropy Manager youll cultivate relationships with families businesses and civic organizations while driving individual giving events and corporate partnerships. This is a unique opportunity for a strategic relationship-driven professional to make a significant impact in a collaborative and mission-aligned environment.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of nonprofit fundraising experience.
  • Proven success in meeting fundraising targets and cultivating donor relationships.
  • Strong understanding of fundraising best practices and stewardship strategies.
  • Experience in planning and executing donor-focused and/or community events.
  • Proficient in using donor databases.
  • Full proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.
  • Familiarity with the Massachusetts philanthropic landscape preferred.
  • Working knowledge of digital fundraising tools and email marketing platforms is a plus.
  • Must have satisfactory background checks.
  • Valid drivers license and safe driving record
