Are you looking for a rewarding career with an organization that values their staff The Department of Innovation & Technology (DoIT) is seeking to hire qualified candidates with the opportunity to work in a dynamic creative thinking problem solving environment. This position serves as the Data Center Network Security Supervisor leading and directing the evolution and development of the Data Center and Cloud Security Team(s) by organizing planning executing controlling and evaluating the security of both physical data centers and cloud-based infrastructures. In this role you will direct formulate and effectuate the development of comprehensive policies programs and procedures for Network Operations to ensure security best practices for cloud workloads including data encryption identity management and vulnerability scanning. In addition you will monitor and analyze network traffic to detect and respond to potential security incidents ensuring effective documentation investigation and reporting of security incidents and providing technical consultative assistance to supported agencies. This position directs technical program budget preparation and controls appropriation of technology expenditures;
