Experienced Liability Claims Handler to Zurich Nordic

Liability Claims Handler Sweden
Zurich is one of the most specialized insurance companies within non-life insurance for local and international business in the Nordic market. Our Nordic Claims department works with a wide range of claims within different Lines of Business for Customers in the Nordics as well as in the rest of the world. We are now looking for an outgoing and positive person to join our Claims department as a Liability Claims Handler located in our hybrid office in Stockholm.
In your role as Claims Handler you will independently have all kinds of liability claims both domestic and international in the most effective proactive and efficient way whilst delivering excellent claims service. Communication with stakeholders such as customers brokers claimants experts underwriters and claim colleagues is an important part of the job In this role you will have regular contact with our regional and global referral points.
Qualifications:
- An academic degree in law.
- Preferably over five years of relevant experience working with claims insurance law and/or the insurance market. Either working for an insurance company or towards insurance companies through a law firm loss adjusting company or similar.
- Excellent technical knowledge of the claims handling core processes along with first-rate negotiation skills and the ability to manage multiple claims and priorities effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Swedish and English are required.
- Experience of working with international claims handling and large losses/claims is a plus.
