Position Summary
This position may be eligible for a hybrid work arrangement that may include a partially remote work location consistent with System Office policy. UNC Chapel Hill employees are generally required to reside within a reasonable commuting distance of their assigned duty station Reporting to the Executive Director of Talent Management this position will serve as administrative and logistic support to the Talent Management team. This role will support key aspects of recruitment and employee engagement within the organization. Primary responsibilities include: - Coordinating Recruitment Logistics: Manage scheduling for candidate interviews ensuring a smooth and professional experience throughout the recruitment process by serving as a candidate liaison. - Supporting Employee Development Initiatives: Collaborate with the professional development team to coordinate logistics for employee engagement programs training sessions and related events.
Required Qualifications Competencies And Experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a diverse environment. Professionalism attention to detail the ability to maintain confidentiality strong organizational skills and time management skills. Ability to prioritize work amidst multiple demands and meet deadlines. Experience using Microsoft software such as Word Excel and Outlook. A valid drivers license.

Experience working in a complex organization such as higher education in an administrative role.
