Job Description

- Estimated Salary: 85000-110000 plus annual bonus opportunity

WHAT YOULL DO:
- Partners with the leadership team to develop and implement sales strategies plans and programs that align with area division and organizational objectives and contribute to an increase in sales profitable growth and customer satisfaction and retention.
- Responsible for collaborating with leadership to identify needs and guide in the development and implementation of coaching mentoring performance development and succession planning programs.
- Provides coaching and training to Supervisors in order to support both Supervisor and sales agent development and success.
- Carries out transformation experimental processes to secure future department success.
- Collaborates with leadership to evaluate implemented processes and provides support and coaching to Supervisors to ensure effective implementation of new processes and intended results are realized.
WHAT YOULL BRING:
- Proven leadership of leaders with a track record of developing frontline managers in a high-volume sales or telemarketing environment.
- Strategic data-driven mindset with strong analytical problem-solving and project management skills able to turn insights into action.
- Coaching-first approach with a passion for building high-performing teams and empowering supervisors to coach effectively.
- Change-ready tech-savvy and collaborative thrives in dynamic environments communicates with impact and aligns closely with business goals.
- Ability to travel and ability to work a flexible schedule

- Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection.

PREFERRED:
- Deep understanding of sales and marketing techniques including both inbound and outbound call center functions.
