JOB SUMMARY

Civil PM for commercial construction projects ranging from $1Mto $10M. The Civil PM is responsible to manage the overall effort on theproject for conformance to scope schedule budget quality safety and ownerexpectations. The Civil PM will be able to estimate and run their own projectsalong with the estimating and running Civil scopes of work for our verticalconstruction projects. The preferred candidate will be able to lead and improve our civil department allowing us to be more competitive in our market.

JOB DUTIES

Provides centralized leadership and guidance atthe project level on a continuing basis for the completion of all projectactivities.

Estimates stand alone civil projects along with providing estimates for any civil portions of our potential vertical projects.

Develops a team atmosphere and promotespartnering concepts in coordination of and performance of work activities.

Project scheduling job cost forecasting andsubmittal review.

Identifies and evaluates problems on the projectand initiates necessary corrective action.

Administers the project contract to ensureperformance in accordance with the contract requirements.

Performs subcontract administrationresponsibilities including negotiating agreements writing subcontractsprocurement of materials and processing of change orders.

Performs contract closeout assuring all costsissues are properly and promptly addressed as-builts are completed O&Mmanuals are submitted and any other contract requirements are completed.

REQUIRED SKILLS

Minimum five years of experience in commercial civilconstruction Project Management with demonstrated management of projects inexcess of five million dollars in value.

Estimating scheduling and project planningexperience.

Experience with scheduling software OutlookExcel Word Adobe Acrobat and Bluebeam.

Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrentlyand work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Motivated self-starter who wants to seekgrowth knowledge and challenges.

Must be extremely organized and exhibit a highdegree of attention to detail.

Ability and desire to train and support otherteam members.

SCHEDULE

Typically Monday through Friday

Typically 8 to 9 hour days (start and end timescan vary slightly by project)

Occasionally night or weekend work may berequired depending on the project

Hybrid (combination of remote & in-office)work schedule may be possible

Salary Range $105000 - $115000 D.O.E
