Job Title: Building Maintenance Technician (Entry-Level Will Train)
Location: Brinkman Products Inc./Rochester NY
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00/hr.

Description:
Were looking for a dependable and hands-on Building Maintenance Technician whos not afraid to get dirty and is willing to learn. No experience No problem if youve got the right attitude well train you!
Responsibilities:
- Assist with general building repairs (plumbing electrical painting drywall etc.)
- Help maintain HVAC lighting and other systems
- Perform regular inspections and preventative maintenance
- Keep workspaces clean and safe
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
Requirements:
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Comfortable with physical work including lifting bending and using tools
- Not afraid to get your hands dirty
- Basic mechanical aptitude is a plus
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
