Job Description
Paul Davis provides professional residential and commercial emergency restoration services for disasters of all sizes. From water and flood damage to fire damage and mold remediation Paul Davis franchise professionals are available 24/7 to clean up and repair damage to residential and commercial property. Founded in 1966 Paul Davis is a rapidly growing network of more than 370 independently owned and operated franchises in the United States and Canada. Paul Davis will grow to become over a $2 Billion business in the next 5 years.
Position: Home Improvement Salesperson
Responsibilities:
Visit customer sites to evaluate construction projects and gather necessary information
Create detailed and accurate written estimates for customers
Present estimates to customers and effectively communicate the value proposition of our services
Negotiate pricing and terms to secure sales and achieve revenue targets
Build and maintain relationships with customers ensuring excellent customer service throughout the sales process
Requirements:
Previous experience in sales preferably with some exposure to the construction industry (experience in construction is not a must but would be beneficial)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to understand customer needs and effectively present solutions
Self-motivated and results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
