Job Summary
Provisioning Specialists will help manage requests related to Filevines existing customer base. Some of the core responsibilities will include: Auditing customer usage data assisting in provisioning new customer platforms assisting in partner implementation requests data analysis and data cleanup. Reporting to the Manager of Revenue Operations you will assist in ensuring smooth operations and transition from sales into implementation. This role offers an exciting opportunity for learning and development at a fast-paced and successful company!
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end product provisioning for new and existing customers ensuring accurate and timely access to products and services
- Act as the primary liaison for implementation partner requests
- Maintain detailed documentation and tracking of provisioning activities and processes
- Help maintain a clean customer database and assist with data auditing and analysis
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
- Ability to work cross-functionally and adapt to shifting priorities
- Proficiency in microsoft suite especially Excel
- Candidates with experience in Salesforce preferred
- Bachelors Degree or 2 years corporate experience
Compensation Information: $60000-70000. The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. The total compensation package for this position will be determined by each individuals location qualifications education work experience skills and performance. We believe in the importance of pay equity - the range listed is just one component of Filevines total compensation package for employees. This position is also eligible for a paid time off policy as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
