Job Description
Senior Financial Systems Analyst Law Firm
A leading international law firm is seeking a Senior Financial Systems Analyst to join their finance and technology team in Washington DC. This role will focus on optimizing the performance and functionality of key financial systems including Elite 3E Intapp Time Chrome River and ARCS3. The position plays a critical part in maintaining system stability resolving technical issues and supporting complex financial workflows across the firm.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the go-to resource for transactional support within Elite 3E including billing accounts payable and general ledger.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues while implementing long-term improvements and process enhancements.
Manage financial systems projects including updates patches and integrations.
Collaborate across departments and with external vendors to ensure seamless financial systems operation.
Support the monthly financial close process including proforma generation reporting and reconciliations.
Maintain accurate documentation of financial system setups and procedures.
Qualifications:
5 years of relevant experience ideally in a law firm or professional services setting.
Deep expertise with Elite 3E; advanced SQL skills and knowledge of 3E data schema strongly preferred.
Strong understanding of financial systems month-end processes and system integrations.
Experience with related tools such as Chrome River Intapp Time and ARCS3 is a plus.
Bachelors degree in Information Systems Finance Accounting or a related field (or equivalent experience).
