Job Summary:
The Food and Beverage Manager is responsible for supervising the day-to-day operations of the resorts food and beverage outlets including restaurants bars and in-room dining. The role ensures that guests receive exceptional service maintains the quality of the dining experience and supports the Director of Food & Beverage in driving revenue and meeting financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily operations of food and beverage outlets ensuring consistent service standards and guest satisfaction.
  • Assist the Director of Food & Beverage in the development and implementation of service policies and procedures.
  • Supervise train and motivate staff providing feedback and support to maintain a high level of team performance.
  • Monitor inventory levels conduct regular inspections and ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of all food and beverage areas.
  • Oversee scheduling and labor management to optimize staff efficiency while controlling costs.
  • Support menu development and promotions in collaboration with the culinary team.
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure compliance with health safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Assist in financial performance analysis including budgeting forecasting and tracking sales and expenses.
  • Perform other reasonable duties as required by management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
  • 3 years of food and beverage management experience preferably in a luxury resort or high-end restaurant setting.
  • Strong leadership skills with a hands-on management style.
  • Knowledge of food beverage and service trends.
  • Excellent communication problem-solving and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand walk and move around dining areas for extended periods.
  • Occasionally lift and carry items up to 20-30 pounds such as supplies or equipment.
  • Frequent bending reaching and twisting to manage service setups and inventory.
  • Manual dexterity to handle dining equipment service tools and menu items.
  • Good vision to oversee service areas and read menus; good hearing to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
  • Ability to speak clearly and effectively to convey information to guests team members and other departments.

Pay Range and Compensation Package:

  • $80000- $85000 per year
