Lead internal audits and coordinate quality initiatives.
Analyze materials and products to ensure compliance with standards.
Develop and implement quality assurance programs.
Investigate technical issues and drive corrective actions.
Review specifications and purchase orders for quality requirements.
Design and refine inspection processes for consistency and accuracy.
Collaborate with teams to introduce innovative quality tools.
Maintain detailed documentation and quality reports.
Bachelors degree in engineering or a related field.
5 years of experience in quality assurance.
Proficient in ISO 9001 PFMEA and Control Plans.
Skilled in root cause analysis and 8D problem-solving.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Experience with lean manufacturing is a plus.
